My roommate and I are looking to have someone take over our lease. The lease is up in December. This is a spacious two bed two bath with a back patio area. Tenant pays electric and wifi. One pet is allowed for an extra $50/month. However, the pet must be under 35 pounds. Must be able to pass a background check, have proof of income which shows that rent isn’t more than 30% of that income, and have a credit score of 650 or higher. Unfortunately Section 8 is not accepted.
