The prices are as follows: 10'x10' Climate Controlled is $100 per month plus tax with damage deposit of $100: Doors: 9'w x 7'8h with a 4 foot walk door to go through to get to them. 10'x20' Climate Controlled is $140 per month plus tax with damage deposit of $140: Doors: 9'w x 7'8h with a 4 foot walk door to go through to get to them. 10'x10' Non-Climate Controlled is $60 per month with damage deposit of $60: Doors: 9'w x 7'8h with a 4 foot walk door to go through to get to them. 10'x20' Non-Climate Controlled is $70 per month with damage deposit of $70: Doors: 9'w x 7'8h with a 4 foot walk door to go through to get to them. 10'x'25 is $80 per month with damage deposit of $80: Doors: 9'w x 7'8h 12'x30' is $120 per month with damage deposit of $120: Doors: 11'w x 12'h 14'x50' is $230 per month with damage deposit of $230: Doors: 12'w x 14'h We have lights and electricity in the 12'x30' and 14'x50'. We require a 2 month minimum and need to let us know at least 4 weeks in advance when you plan on moving out. We do have a security gate and we currently have 30 security cameras. We will provide you a key code to get into our storage facility if you choose to rent from us. We are a 24/7 access facility. We have you sign a lease as well.
